Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All sales are final, Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded.
If you strongly believe the item you received is unusable due to damage during shipment or is defective, please contact within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return.

The customer will be responsible for paying their shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Boutiqbeaute strongly suggest that you request a tracking number for the return item to avoid a lost/stolen package. if not we will not guarantee that we received your returned item.
